How it works
Support is available through a dedicated helpdesk on working days (8:30 am - 17:00 pm) via phone or online through a set of communication tools. These tools can only be accessed by registered users, to prevent abuse and to be able to identify customers. Whenever you try to access a page that requires authentication, you will be prompted to enter your username and password.
